6 Monthly Seminars where knowledge, techniques and practical experience of Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation will be shared and discussed. Learn an effective Home Detoxification and Rejuvenation Program. Study and practice Ayurvedic cooking. – 9:00am to 1:00pm one Saturday morning a month. ($210 value)

 

5 Personal Ayurvedic Consultations held after each monthly group seminar. You and Mary will meet to build a personalized Wellness Plan based on your unique nature, state of health & healing goals. Each consultation will take the group seminar knowledge and integrate it into your Healing Plan while supporting the incorporation of your plan into your diet, life-style choices and daily routine. ($325 value)

Meditation - learn a daily meditation practice quieting the mind and turning within. Receive ongoing support via personal guidance and group meetings.

Spring Ghee Cleanse A gentle week long Cleanse that brings  together all the elements and provides everything that is needed for a gentle detoxification including Ghee, Food and herbs. ($185 value)

11 Yoga Asana, Meditation & Mantra Classes - These hour long classes are designed to teach you to customize your practice reinforcing techniques learned during our Saturdays we will go indepth in teaching various asana and meditation methods.  Classes held at Bristol Yoga Studio - 676 Hope St. ($165 Value)
